§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. This Privacy Policy applies to persons using the Website available at URL: http://hotelpodlasie.wa.profitroom.com
   and is effective from 01.07.2023.

§2. PERSONAL DATA

In connection with implementing the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on protecting natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”), we inform you that:

1. We process data for the following purposes:
   1. performing a contract or taking action at the data subject’s request before entering into a contract (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   2. handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   3. handling complaints and claims (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
   4. storing documentation and fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
   5. sending newsletters (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
   6. monitoring and improving service quality – asking you to complete a survey or answer questions about service quality (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
   7. displaying personalised commercial information on social networks (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
2. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services. Where consent is required, it is voluntary and given by clicking the checkbox containing the consent terms.
3. If a person consents to data processing (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the data is processed until consent is withdrawn. Afterward, information on who gave consent, when and what consent was given may be archived to establish, pursue or defend legal claims. §3. DATA RECIPIENTS

We use the services of companies developing and maintaining IT systems, with which we have appropriate agreements. These agreements cover data processing and confidentiality. The data is not disclosed, and none of these companies may process it other than as specified in the agreement. If a company has access to your data, it may process it only as necessary to provide the services properly.
