  • Discover Bialystok

See Białystok’s attractions

Discover the magic of our regional capital

Soon you will immerse yourself in the unique atmosphere of our city. Discover gems of architecture and fairy-tale parks. Hear the bustle of the climactic streets of the market square and admire marvelous murals.

We invite you to take a stroll through Białystok, during which you will see all of its attractions and have a delightful time regardless of the time of year!

Branicki Palace and Park

This amazing place called the Versailles of Poland is a must-see! The Baroque palace, one of the city's most beautiful calling cards, is a place where every moment becomes a sheer delight. Along with the palace, you can also see the Museum of the History of Medicine and Pharmacy here.

Kościuszko Market Square, with its City Hall and Basilica

Climactic stone-paved streets, the pleasing bustle of cafes, nightclubs, and restaurants charm visitors into spending more time here. Other than its indescribable atmosphere, you will also discover many architectural gems. You will be able to see, for example, the city's fountain, its city hall, the convent of the Sisters of Mercy, and the beautiful Neogothic Minor Basilica of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Planty Park

The Planty Park, along with the palace and market square, combine to create the city's attractive cultural center. Its historical collection of architecture encourages relaxation on shaded benches, lazy strolls, or taking the time to play with the children.

St. Roch Church

It's soaring filigree, 78-meter steeple that seems to touch the sky, is truly hard to miss. The church not only delights with its architecture but also possesses an interesting story because it was funded as a memorial of and thanksgiving for Poland's regaining of its independence.

Urban murals

A lovely little girl with a watering can watering a tree, "Boy with a fishing pole," four mini murals addressing the issue of tolerance, and the "House of Cards" are some of the most famous urban works of art in Poland. Białystok's murals will capture your heart thanks to their original form, color scheme, and masterful rendering.

Podlaska Opera and Orchestra – European Center for the Arts in Białystok

Would you like to go to a concert of classical music? Or maybe a musical play? Or an art exhibition? Here you will be able to spend time communing with high art and delight your eyes by looking at modern architecture. It's worth your time to keep track of the repertoires and programs of festivals and shows to be able to reserve the time to enjoy these cultural events.

The Arsenal Gallery

At the Arsenal Gallery, you can admire an impressive collection of modern art which attracts connoisseurs of pop art, modern trends, and controversial art installations. There is a permanent exhibition as well as temporary exhibits, which are frequently discussed within the world of art.

Białystok's Orthodox churches

St. Nicholas, St. George, and the Holy Spirit Orthodox churches are sacral buildings that are certainly worth seeing. Their interiors can only be seen after making an appointment by phone. This is, however, worthwhile since the interiors of orthodox temples are truly impressive. Remember that inside these churches, modest dress and covered shoulders are required.

Bike and tourist trails

Białystok is crisscrossed and surrounded by approximately 160 kilometers of perfectly connected bike trails of varying levels of difficulty. Additionally, there are also picturesque trails that are perfect for hiking. It is a good idea to travel these routes around Białystok looking for its flowery meadows, most beautiful murals, as well as figurines of polar bears.

Remember that you can rent bicycles for a trip in our Hotel!
